Paul Casterton is a Director and co-founder of Parabola with over 25 years of Healthcare and Local Authority experience. During this time Paul has worked with Healthcare provider organisations, clinical solution suppliers, and management consultancy.
He has an extensive skill set including: the development of IM&T strategic frameworks, business case production, operational delivery planning and risk management services for new hospital build consortia and Independent Sector Treatment Centre providers; assisting operational delivery of client’s IM&T strategies; service assessments and service development/reconfiguration; supplier contract negotiation and management; option appraisals; system development and implementation of new technology.
